Breaking Bad Habits

I have changed the P90X workouts page to just my exericse as I am doing more then just P90X. I have updated all other pages that I have needed to . Going to add a links page to the site so if you have a blog or website and would like it posted there let me know in the guest book or here I will set up a spot for the links.
