I have added my daily food log  of what I eat to the site as well as my daily goals. I want to keep track of every thing that I am doing both on paper and on here. I will write out my goals the night before and then the next day I will come back and check off what I have actually accomplished. I try to have only 10 goals per day but sometimes I have more if there are things that I need to work on or concentrate more on. Will be updating the other pages as well. please comment in the guest book or here when you stop by to check the site out and tell me what you think Thanks Angie
