Big Picture Goals

I WANT: To reach a clothing size of 12 and to be 125 - 130lbs and to maintain this
for good physical, mental and spiritual health.

BY: Exercising for a minimum of 5 - 6  days per week, , stopping drinking Soft Drinks and limiting fast food to 1 to 2 times per week and drinking 64 ounce plus of water daily.To follow the meal plan posted on this website check out the page titled meal plan for more details.

Step By Step Goals - Food Goals

I am working on the below goals

  • To stop eating junk food (chips, chocolate, candies extra)
  • To stop eating fried food
  • To stop drinking diet soda - can safely say there is no turning back two months pop free.
  • To eat healthy for a week and stick to it for longer -Fell off the  wagon so working on getting back on track
  • To eat 3 meals and 3 snacks as needed - doing this 
  • To eat 2074 calories
  • Track my food everyday on paper and on daily - I am doing this

  • Eat low carbs,  none past 6pm (have to have brown rice with my dinner)
  • No baked goods or sweets

 

Not Allowed Foods or Foods To Cut Out For 2009:

  • Candies
  • Baked goods
  • Fried Foods
  • White Bread
  • White Pasta
  • French Fries
  • Any thing with white in it
  • chocolate
  • breakfast cereals -doing this have been for a while now.
  • potato chips
  • Buns/rolls
  • Sugar white and brown
  • salt
  • cookies
  • cakes
  • pies
  • sweats of any kind
  • bacon
  • regular eggs use egg substitutes only
  • soy sauce other then low sodium finish what's in fridge and then switch.
  • regular calorie dressings
  • chocolate bars
  • starchy foods ( am researching this)

 

Weight Goals

Below are goals that I am hoping to achieve along my journey.I know that I can achieve these goals if I just set my mind to it.

  • To weigh 150lbs by January 30/09 4lbs away from reaching this goal. 2lbs now away from reaching this goal hopping to be here next weekend.made this goal Feb 22/09
  • To weigh 145lbs by March 20/09 -  reached this April 5/09 144lbs
  • To weigh 140lbsmet this goal June7/09
  • To weigh 135lbs by May 20/09 new goal date June 21/09
  • To weigh 130lbs by June 19/09 ( my son will be a year old by then)
  • To weigh 125lbs by June 30/09 goal weight
  • To weigh 125lbs by August 29/09 ( this is my second dead line for this goal as it is my final goal weight and this will be my 34 birthday) (may be rethinking this goal we will see when I reach 135lbs)
