My Powerful Reason's Why (P.R.W)

Why am I doing this and what are my goals. Here they are broken down for you.
My main reason why is my son William. I don't want him to grow up seeing a fat lazy mother who doesn't do anything or won't play with him.
 
 Here He is at 5 months old. He is a busy busy little boy always learning and wanting to play.
 
 

Goal Number 1

My first goal is to lose these last 11lbs from the weight I gained after having my son and get back down to 145lbs.My start weight for this half of my journey was 181lbs. So I have lost 25lbs so far with 11lbs left that means I gained a total of 36lbs from my pregnancy which is pretty good since I didn't want to go over 40lbs gained.

 Deadline to reach 145lbs is New Years Eve.

Goal Number 2

To reach 130lbs. I have each of these three main goals broken down into smaller goals which I will go into detail about next.

Deadline to reach 130lbs is March 20, 2008

Over All Goal

To be back at 125lbs which is were I got to after I met my husband.Which was almost 7 years ago

Deadline to reach this goal is August 29/08 which is my 34 birthday.

Mini Weight Loss Goals

goal number 1: 150lbs amount left to loose 8lbs

goal number 2: 145lbs amount left to loose 13lbs

goal number 3 140lbs amount left to loose 18lbs

goal number 4 135lbs amount left to loose  23lbs

goal number 5 130lbs amount left to loose 28lbs

goal number 6 125lbs  amount left to loose 33lbs

 total amount still to loose 33lbs

over all amount lost if all goals are met 56lbs
