Removing The Fat Diaries

Reason's Why I am Doing This 2008 - I will add to this as I go along. New ones will be added for 2009 soon.

  • so my thighs don't rub together any more
  • to feel comfortable in my own skin
  • to like what I look like in my own clothing
  • to not to be tired any more
  • to have confidence in myself that I can accomplish something
  • to be strong and beautiful
  • to be able to say no to junk food and to diet pop and have it rule my life
  • to not be addicted to pop any more
  • to enjoy food and not feel the need to over eat.
  • to be able to go to party's and family gathering's and not over eat
  • to be able to say that I accomplished something I set out to do and it helped to change my life
  • for my family ( husband and son)
  • to make excuses as to why I can't do this
  • to finish something that I started.

Reason's why 2009 will add to this as I go

  • to be able to play longer with my baby boy
  • to not be winded when walking
  • to get back to were I was before I had my son
  • to not rely on food
  • to give up junk food and to eat only healthy foods
  • to be able to have a small amount of something I want that is not on my eating without feeling guilty or going crazy with it.
  • to be able to wear my old clothes after having my baby
