Start of Challenge Jan 5/09

First weigh in for the new year was Jan 4/09

start weight: 158lbs 

ended the year with a 4lbs gain. 

first goal to be 150lbs by the end of January. 

Next weigh in first official is Jan 11/09 

 

Current Week is 11 I have lost a total of 7lbs so far. And I am 4lbs away from reaching 145lbs.

My sons 1 birthday is June 19/09 and that is my deadline for me to be at this goal weight. So please join me as I remove the fat once and for all. Angie I will update this page now weekly.

maintained got period Saturday Jan 10/09 and still have it Sunday Jan 17/09 yep almost 9 days.Period Finally Ended Jan 23/09. 15 day this is the longest I have had it. I start a new Pill Sunday Jan 26/09
