 Easy Cardio

walking outside 45 minutes,walking 2.5 hours , walking 1.5 hours, walk the dog times 2 for 15 minutes each

 4 June 19/09

 Easy Cardio

plus walking outside roughly 4- 5 hours doing shopping and such

 complete 
 5 June 20/09 Easy Cardio workout , walking 45 minutes times , work 6 hours ( retail) walk the dog times 2 15 minutes each ,cleaning 1 hour  plus , extra walking roughly 1.5 hours   complete
