My Goals For the 28 day challenge

1) do P90X for 6 days a week. Monday to Saturday with Sunday as my rest day.

2) Concentrating on my nutrition low calorie and low carb. ( see my meal plan page for more details.)

3) Weight Goal to get out of the 140's and into the 130's preferably to 135lbs.

4) Track all my food and beverage intake in my journal and on the website. As well as log all my exercise on the website.

5) Keep both this site and my blog updated daily.

 

So those are my Stretch goals. I would so love to be in the 130's at least by the summer. This would make me really happy.
